From the lsm:

Script language interpreter to automate modem operations such as logging in
to Internet service providers, BBS's, other systems, etc...  Is a better
alternative to 'chat'.  Can call pppd, cu, seyon, kermit, sz, rz, etc...
Has simple BASIC-like syntax, multi-response waitfor, flow control, in-line
text capture, multi-process control, and lots more.  Replaces dcon0.9* .
Has much more functionality than dcon0.96.  Comes with script examples to
easily setup PPP with ISP.

Writing dcon scripts does not require a PHD in Rocket Sciences.  Here's
a short sample:

   - Changed my E-mail address in doc.
   - Added a fix to dogoto() so that the label gets printed in log
     (less confusing to see if a goto or gosub in test executed or not.)
   - Had lasagna for supper.

Sometime a while ago before I moved (August 1996, I think)
   - Ansified code and Makefile, contributed by John Gotts.
     (You guys out there are such purists!  :)
